We also provide acupuncture and laser therapy for rabbits, guinea pigs, and horses.

Meet The Arya Tribe
Dr. Priya Bhatt has three degrees: she is a fully licensed Veterinarian, she also holds licenses in Chinese Medicine, and is certified in Level II Reiki and Chiropractic/Manipulation. She sits on the Board of Directors for Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association. When not involved in veterinary medicine, she engages her artistic side with dance and is playfully referred to as "Dr. Dancer".
Weronika Shore is our practice manager, Nationally Certified Canine Massage Therapist, Patient Care Associate, Kinesiology Taping Expert, and Head of Ozone and Autohemotherapy Treatments.
Ashley Jones has over 13 years of experience as a Patient Care Coordinator, and is responsible for nursing care, anesthesia/surgery assistance, dental hygiene, treatment supervision, and diagnostic techniques. She also leads the veterinary nursing team with training and industry updates. She holds a CPR certification, is a trained laser operator and ensures our OSHA standards.
Michelle Achettu is our newest Patient Care Assistant, and is looking forward to a long career in veterinary medicine.
Patricia “Tricia” Cross is our part-time weekend warrior and newest addition to the tribe. She is our Patient Care Assistant with over 15 years experience throughout the veterinary community.
Meldina Vujic is our newest team member and is one of our Patient Care Assistants. She plans to apply to go to Vet School in the near future and become a veterinarian. We are very excited to be a part of her professional development journey.

"Beefy's gnawing and chewing at his skin has persisted. My regular vet had run out of options for him, so I took the recommendation of my good friend and called Priya Bhatt. She came over tonight and spent nearly 2 hours with us, educated me a TON, did a complete exam, treated Beefy with acupuncture, and prescribed herbs and a new diet to cool him (following Chinese medicine concepts which are new to me). I'm doing a total review of possible environmental allergens, and will keep him on a low dose of prednisolone until Dr. Bhatt wants him off. We still may need to see a veterinary dermatologist, but I hope we can make progress with holistic medicine via Dr. Bhatt.

This is going to be a busy day for my little man (Hayward) He has an appointment for a blood draw to help us try to figure out how to further treat him. We will have the blood panel results on Wednesday. Then straight away to see Dr. Priya Bhatt for acupuncture.
We have seen improvement, but he still has moments of nystagmus, head swaying and circling. His appetite has improved and have seen him nibbling from the pellet bowl and eating hay. He is still very enthusiastic about his Emeraid critical care and cilantro and parsley. Thank goodness!
Considering what he is going through and his age, he simply amazes me!
